Obagi C-Balancing Toner is formulated to help balance the pH of normal to oily skin, increasing penetration of the C-Clarifying Serum and other key Obagi ingredients.

After cleansing, place a dime-size amount (3-4 pumps) of C-Balancing Toner on a cotton ball and apply to the entire face and let dry.

Do not rinse off.

Use twice daily.

For optimal results, use Obagi cleanser and moisturizer and follow with Obagi sunscreen while exposing to the sun.
