Clean and dry your face, then: STEP 1: Snap the top off the first ampoule, and ease the dispenser tip provided over the open amouple (watch my video, to see what this looks like). Then carefully squeeze the contents onto your face, spread it around until the areas you want to treat are covered, and leave it for two or three minutes. There’s a generous dose in each ampoule, so if you’d like to spread it down your neck, onto your decolletage and on the backs of your hands, here’s your chance. After two or three minutes, remove the product with a flannel that has been wrung out in cool water, or just rinse it off, and dry your face. It will tingle – because it has a pH of 3.5 — but I find it is only tingly, rather than uncomfortable. If you find it alarmingly uncomfortable, just wash it off, don’t push on through the discomfort, it won’t be helping your skin. STEP 2: Snap open the second vial, fix on the dispenser-tip then smooth the treatment serum over your face (and neck, hands, etc, to make the most of the serum).
