Phyto-C Balancing Toner is designed to balance and refresh skin while gently removing any leftover unwanted residue. With natural rose water, the Balancing Toner gently removes surface impurities and assists with balancing skin tone to restore the skin's natural radiance. Balancing Toner also hydrates the skin, enhances the overall appearance and texture of the skin, and helps retain moisture. Suitable for all skin types.
Use twice daily after using Phyto-C's Soothing Cleanser. Apply a small amount onto cotton ball and smooth over face, neck and chest. Follow with a Phyto-C antioxidant, moisturizer, and a sunscreen in the morning.
