ADULTS (MEN AND WOMEN): 2 teaspoonfuls twice daily.PREGNANCY AND BREAST-FEEDING: 2 teaspoonfuls twice daily.CHILDREN (3-12 YEARS): 2 teaspoonfuls 2 times daily.CHILDREN (1-2 YEARS): 1 teaspoonfuls 2 times daily.Ideally taken with a main meal.
